The York Fitness 15 KG ( 2 X 7.5KG)  Cast Iron Dumbbell Set is designed for home toning and strength workout usage. The traditional 1" standard cast plate design is easy to pick up and load onto the bars with the quality vinyl spinlock collars ensuring a safe and secure fit on the bar, along with quick plate changes. The knurled black dumbbell sleeves ensures a great grip whilst working out. 

The dumbbell set can be used for a wide range of exercises to help pump your muscles and tone your arms. 

The set lets you adjust the lifting weight up to a maximum of two 7.5 KG dumbbells.
