A good quality bench is a key component for any home gym. This solid and reliable bench offers 5 back rest positions, from flat through to 90 degrees incline.

The thick padded back rest and seat pad offer a comfortable and stable workout position.

Bench positions are fast and easy to change without the need to add or remove any pins.

Along with traditional dumbbell exercises a variety of body weight workouts can also be performed on the bench.

The heavy duty, PVC  encased heads limit wear and tear to the dumbbells making them highly durable.

Delivery Charges

Delivery to UK Mainland addresses (Excluding remote Scotland / Highlands / Northern Ireland ) are made free of charge for all orders over £99 on this site.

Standard Delivery charge is £6.95

Delivery Times

Parcel deliveries will be between 3 – 5 days.

2 man delivery and pallet orders is up to 10 days, you will be contacted directly by the carrier to organised a day.

As deliveries are carried out by third parties York Barbell will not be held liable for any deliveries that fall outside this timescale.

If ordering multiple items please note your order maybe fulfilled via a number of different carriers with product arriving on different days.

Delivery Restrictions

We deliver to England, Wales and lower Scotland.

At this time we are not able to deliver to remote Scotland or non UK mainland locations.

Receiving the Goods

Other than smaller Royal Mail orders (under 2kg) you will be required to sign for deliveries.

The product must be returned (at your expense) in a new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Any fitness equipment that has been removed from the box, installed or assembled is not covered by our 14 day Money Back Promise as cannot be returned in a “like new” condition.
