The York Warrior 2 in 1 Dumbbell & Ab Bench with Curl is a versatile home weighted bench for developing strength and fitness. 

As a lightweight, inexpensive weight bench, it's designed for those just starting out with home fitness. However the quality has not been compromised and it offers great workout options for an economic price.  

The 5 incline, 1 flat and 1 decline workout positions on the York warrior dumbbell bench are simple and easy to adjust between. Quickly remove the selector pin and slide the backrest into the position of your choice and re-insert the pin. The detachable curl pad is thickly padded, comfortable and finished with tough upholstery for durability. It's ideal for dumbbell curl exercises and is easily removed when not required. The foam padded leg supports comfortably secure your feet and ankles underneath the bench so that you can focus on your workout. With the pad removed the bench converts to a sit up bench to work on your abdominal muscles and core strength. 

The bench comes with a useful instructional wall chart showing the variety of exercises that can be performed on the bench, ideal for beginners and anyone looking for some exercise inspiration.
