The York Fitness 6 foot 6 inch, 203.5 cm bars are available in spinlock and straight options.

If you are looking to take your weight training to the next level but want to keep using your collection of 1” weight plates then the York Fitness Beefy bars provide the perfect training solution.

Constructed from solid steel these one piece barbells ensures durability and functionality. 

The bars have a 2.5 mm thicker diameter which can help improved grip and forearm strength. 

The thicker beefy bar grips nicely in the hands as it closer to Olympic bar diameter with the bar ends manufactured to accommodate 1” Standard weight plates.

The wider inner sleeves accommodate a more comfortable squat workout and will fit home Olympic benches and racks. 

Ideal for building your strength and endurance the barbell weighs 9 KG and can be used up to a maximum weight of 150 KG.

The Spinlock version includes 2 high quality solid steel spinlock collars. With the Straight barbell version you will need to purchase the York Fitness 1" Spring Collars. 

The advantage of a straight bar over spinlock is that weight plates can be changed quicker. 

The quality knurling provides a great narrow and wide grip ensuring comfortable positioning of hands during sessions. 

Perfect when used in conjunction with the York Fitness Heavy Duty Squat Stands.
