These are excellent. I will add that my handles are pretty much 5kg, not 4kg, which I’m not complaining about.

Excellent dumbbells at a reasonable price delivered safely and quickly. Having fixed weight instead of needing to change plates and collars every few minutes saves so much time which can be the difference between getting your workout done or not. Non marking and don’t roll about due to their shape. York is my go-to brand for fitness equipment.

Great set of dumbbells, i am 46 years old and completely new to lifting. It's a great starter set and can already see my frame changing. The quality is superb, real iron weights.. no cheap plastic, all well made and looking forward to ordering my next set of discs when i change my regime in a few weeks.

I’ve only used the treadmill a couple of times as i have only just received it. So far. So good. Very quiet & sturdy. Love the big display screen.
