great price , quite decent thickness to them

I chose this bench as it folds down sufficiently to slide under my bed, when not in use. A bit of self-assembly was necessary, which was a breeze, thanks to clear instructions, and the well-thought out packaging for the nuts, bolts and spanners. The bench feels comfortable and sturdy when used by myself as a man of 13 stone, plus loaded dumbbells. You will spend a bit of time preparing for use after storage, and when moving between the different incline configs.

It was exactly what I was expecting. Solid dumbbells;

I got them on sale, so cheaper and better than anything available even from Argos. The simple addition of rubber O-rings make them better than the previous set I had.
