⚠️ Order Delivery Information

Your order might arrive in multiple deliveries. This commonly happens with DPD and DHL on certain deliveries. For example, you might receive just the plates from a weight set with the barbell arriving separately—don't worry, the rest is on the way! Parcels get separated during transit, but your tracking number remains the same for all items. Please allow 3–4 working days for all items to arrive.

Partly Delivered Orders

  • If you only received part of your order, the remaining boxes are still on the way
  • Multi-box items can arrive separately during transit
  • Allow 3–4 working days for the rest of your order to arrive
  • Only contact us if nothing arrives after 4 working days

Spare Parts

  • Find your product's model number (for example: 50038)
  • Type the model number into our website search bar
  • Check your product manual for the part number
  • Search using Model-Part format (for example: 50038-85)
  • Read the part description to confirm compatibility
  • Message us if you're unsure about compatibility

Large Deliveries

  • Treadmills and home gyms may arrive on a pallet
  • Some items use a 2-man delivery service
  • You'll be notified once the carrier has your item
  • You can then choose and book your delivery date
