Packagingcould be better.Some of the discs damaged.The courier company manhandled it.the box was actually open.

Box was damaged, but product not. Delivery was good enough, quality is perfect. I happily to use it:-)
Pleased with Rower but found it quite difficult to assemble with no English instructions.
