Fabulous quality!

Love these - that's why I've got two sets of them! I have two different weights on each set so I can alternate as needed without breaking off - brilliant! I love York stuff - we try to get all our equipment from York as it's just top quality.

Good grip

I like these dumbbells.
Particularly the knurled plastic grips. Slightly thicker than the knurled metal alternative and much more comfortable to use.
The plastic star lock nuts may seem ‘cheap’ and of lesser quality than the metal ones but for me they seem to stay tighter for longer and do not work loose as much.
So, a cheaper alternative to the all metal sets and much better for my needs.

Now eighty years of age and, having started weight training at the age of seventeen mainly for fitness, with some strength building. Dumbbells can be used for all round exercises. If you think dumbbells are only suitable for arm exercises, then simply check online ‘all round exercises for dumbbell training’ ! Good quality and locking to secure the weights. Of course, you should, as with any such locking devices, check every so often that they are securely holding the weights in order to avoid accidents

Standard Delivery charge is £6.95*

£4.95* for small "spare parts" orders.

Up to £13.90* for "Large mixed pallet/2 man" delivery orders

Delivery Times

Parcel deliveries will be between 3 – 5 working days days.

"Please note that DHL 48-hour is not guaranteed. Orders may take up to 3-5 working days to arrive from the dispatch date, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders might also arrive in multiple deliveries. We will always aim to process your order as quickly as possible."

2 man delivery and pallet orders is up to 10 days, you will be contacted directly by the carrier to organised a day.

As deliveries are carried out by third parties York Barbell will not be held liable for any deliveries that fall outside this timescale.

If ordering multiple items please note your order maybe fulfilled via a number of different carriers with product arriving on different days.
