Couldn't load pickup availability
Very fast delivery, but the DHL online delivery tracking was confusing & fairly useless. It eventually arrived at 8.39 pm. When I came to assemble the trainer, I found there were 2 washers missing from the component pack. Replacement parts arrived a week later. Despite having identified the missing washers by the part numbers and details in the cross trainer part list, one replacement washer supplied was correct, but the second was the wrong size. The correct part was described as Flat Washer 1/2" (remember inches?), whereas the replacement item supplied was only 10 mm internal diameter. I eventually substituted it with a 12 mm washer from my tool box, filed out to fit. Now it's assembled, the cross trainer seems to work well. It's a fairly basic model, with 8 magnetic resistance levels and no computer programs, which meets my requirements. As yet, I've had limited opportunity to make use of it, in view of the delay in fitting the replacement parts, but it appears to be reasonably good value for the price.
