Delivery to UK Mainland addresses (Excluding remote Scotland / Highlands / Northern Ireland )

Standard Delivery charge is £6.95*

£4.95* for small "spare parts" orders.

Up to £13.90* for "Large mixed pallet/2 man" delivery orders

**Exact mount will be calculated at checkout after entering Postcode**

Delivery Times

Parcel deliveries will be between 3 – 5 working days days.

"Please note that DHL 48-hour is not guaranteed. Orders may take up to 3-5 working days to arrive from the dispatch date, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders might also arrive in multiple deliveries. We will always aim to process your order as quickly as possible."

2 man delivery and pallet orders is up to 10 days, you will be contacted directly by the carrier to organised a day.

As deliveries are carried out by third parties York Barbell will not be held liable for any deliveries that fall outside this timescale.

If ordering multiple items please note your order maybe fulfilled via a number of different carriers with product arriving on different days.

Delivery Restrictions

We deliver to England, Wales and lower Scotland.

At this time we are not able to deliver to remote Scotland or non UK mainland locations.

Receiving the Goods

Other than smaller Royal Mail orders (under 2kg) you will be required to sign for deliveries.
When receiving the order please check the carrier has delivered all items on their delivery note.

At York Fitness we understand that making purchases on line is not always easy. If something is not clear or you require further details please don’t hesitate to contact us regarding your planned purchase.

To make life easier we offer a 14 day Money Back Promise to give you the peace of mind to change your mind for whatever reason and get a full refund.

The product must be returned (at your expense) in a new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Any fitness equipment that has been removed from the box, installed or assembled is not covered by our 14 day Money Back Promise as cannot be returned in a “like new” condition.
