Perfect addition to my dumbbells at home. Have been using now for the last month and find it very versatile. EZ Curls to hit the biceps also can do narrow or wide. I like to think of it as having 3 grips: the knurled part for neutral then narrow and wide.Doing reverse curls as well so much easier as I had golfers elbow a month ago but the bar angles have allowed me to train Arms without complaint so its improved a lot.Also used for OHP, Zercher squats, Tricep Extensions, Floor Press, Bent over rows, Reverse Bent over rows, RDLs.The only Caveat is if your biggest plates are 5kg you won't rack it higher than 60kg total because you run out of space. I need to get some bigger plates now 20kg or 25kg to really utilise its load capacity
