Very good quality, sturdy when using the leg curls and also a very sturdy rack for when benching. Recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a home bench.

The bench is helping me, If my money is helping you then fair trade.
Wobbles all over the place on flat. Even on incline its not completely stable. Can barely get under the bar when its on incline & I don't have the biggest chest. This thing is an accident waiting to happen. Do not buy unless you want a one way ticket to snap city. Pay the extra and buy a decent bench.
More just writing a review for a more recent opinion on it.I brought this bench off a different site as I managed to find a bench, in April, at the height of the COVID pandemic at (although over the odds) was not OTT overpriced like most of the benches out there.At 6ft and 81kg it is slightly on the small size compared to most benches. At the same time though, if you want a gym quality bench then you really need to be prepared to pay upwards of £500.For the price it is a decent quality bench and works for what I need. I've managed to use a 7ft Olympic barbell on it without any issues and have had no problems with sturdyness with loading the barbell with weight. The bench has coped fine when dealing with my body weight and additional 90kg of weight. I have faith that I could safely push it higher and the bench will hold out.Yes, it's a narrow stance and the isn't ideal, but for just over £100 it is an ideal bench to use until the gyms become a lot more manageable to return to.

The dumbbells are just what I was looking for. I broke my wrist a couple of months ago and my physio recommended their use to try and strengthen the wrist. The weights are just right and the sizes excellant. They are comfortable to hold and I am looking forward to going back to golf very soon.
