The York Fitness 540 Heavy Duty Folding Barbell Bench & Squat Rack is a space saving multi-function bench with many premium features.

A heavy duty barbell bench and rear squat rack are combined to create the ultimate home workout station. 

Perform chest presses to shoulder presses with ease, thanks to the 5 backrest positions from decline to 90 degree. 

There are 4 bar holder positions on the front and back so that optimum bar position can be easily achieved. 

You won't miss leg leg day when using the 540 bench.

A quality leg curl unit is included which can be loaded with standard 1" weight plates, with the thick dual foam rollers offering a comfortable and protective leg workout. 

Squat Rack 

The squat rack is located at the rear of bench (barbell and plates not included) with 4 positions for the included bar holders. The pegs can be used to store additional weight plates.

Space Saving Folding Design

The bench can be folded from 210 cm down to 86 cm helping to maximise your home gym setup.

Attachments (Not Included)

The York Fitness 540 Barbell Bench features an attachment slot above the leg curl unit. Available to purchase separately the York Fitness Preacher Curl and Lat Pull Down Attachments further enhance the workout options and deliver a complete home gym experience saving you money on new equipment. There is storage slots for both attachments at the rear of the bench ensuring equipment is safe and tidy when not in use.

The Preacher Curl attachment provides a comfortable, cushioned platform for dumbbell and barbell curl exercises. It easily slots into the bench above the leg curl, with the lat pull down stored behind the bench.  

The Lat Pull Down attachment can be quickly and easily installed onto the bench with other attachments stored safely behind the rack.
