This bench is ok for a beginner, but sadly falls a bit short in a few areas.
Some negatives:
Firstly, there are no safety bars, so the squat rack is dangerous. You'll have to be careful if you go heavy without a spotter.
I bought the lat pulldown attachment, but sadly I found out it only supports up to 40kg of weight. So I've already outgrown it. It's also very tall, and I had to tilt the bench up to get the post in as it was hitting my ceiling.
The folding mechanism is also a headache, as you have to unscrew several things, and it won't fold with the pulldown attachment in, so just not worth the hassle.
Some positives:
Overall good build quality, it feels sturdy and doesn't wobble when benching.
Plenty of exercises to do, it has incline and decline bench, you can put it upright to do shoulder press. I can even do dips on the posts if I want, although it's not made for this.
The weights store on the bottom posts, so is neat.
