York Barbell Stackable Jerk / Plyometric Boxes & Sets

 

 

The York Barbell Plyo/Jerk Boxes have been designed with athlete training in mind.

They have many uses, then main ones are being used as stackable plyometric boxes for explosive training, step-up boxes for all over body conditioning, circuit based training and with the addition of the beveled technique box, these are used for doing partial lifts (starting from a set height) such as cleans. This is particularly useful when limited movement is apparent in a lower limb through injury, but the athlete and trainer still feel they can lift the weight from an agreed height

Boxes are made from 22mm thick oak finished, plywood and are all hand made to a fixed size of 60cm x 60cm (square)

12mm high-density rubber is used to cover the top of the boxes. The rubber used generates a superior level of grip; this is perfect for when the boxes are being used to jump onto and off, as the athlete will have greater confidence in the surface they will be jumping onto

Boxes are stackable in whichever combination is needed; they are fastened by sprung latches guaranteeing a solid block of boxes

Available in 3 different sizes and one scooped technique box. The sizes are 3”(76mm), 6”(152mm), 12”(304mm) and the technique top box is 6" (152mm).York Barbell Plyo / Jerk Boxes

2 x 3", 2 x 6" 2 x 12" and 2 x Scooped box.

*Please note the lifting platform, bar and weights are not included in the set. 

 

The technique box has a moulded scoop to cradle an Olympic sized plate such as the York Solid Rubber Training Plate.


This will center the bar and weight every time making sure the next lift is in the correct position

Each box is finished in durable polyurethane varnish for greater longevity and long lasting looks.

Delivery Charges

Delivery to UK Mainland addresses (Excluding remote Scotland / Highlands / Northern Ireland ) are made free of charge for all orders over £99 on this site.

Standard Delivery charge is £6.95

Delivery Times

Parcel deliveries will be between 3 – 5 days.

2 man delivery and pallet orders is up to 10 days, you will be contacted directly by the carrier to organised a day.

As deliveries are carried out by third parties York Barbell will not be held liable for any deliveries that fall outside this timescale.

If ordering multiple items please note your order maybe fulfilled via a number of different carriers with product arriving on different days.

Delivery Restrictions

We deliver to England, Wales and lower Scotland.

At this time we are not able to deliver to remote Scotland or non UK mainland locations.

Other than smaller Royal Mail orders (under 2kg) you will be required to sign for deliveries.
