Comprehensive training guide with 12+ exercise movements targeting different muscle groups and fitness goals
1. Jumping Ski Squats
Activates: Legs, Buttocks, Core
One foot on dome, other extended to side. Bend legs to 90°, jump over dome with power, land alternating feet.
2. Mountain Runs
Activates: Core Muscles
Plank position with hands on dome sides. Alternate bringing knees toward dome in running motion with body alignment.
3. Basic Ab Crunch
Activates: Abdominal Muscles
Sit front of dome, lay back with feet hip-width apart. Contract abs, raise torso up while maintaining form. 10-15 reps.
4. Back Extension
Activates: Lower Back Muscles
Lie face down on dome with chest at edge. Contract lower back, lift torso up with control, hold 1 second. 10-15 reps.
5. Flat Side Up Press Ups
Activates: Triceps, Chest, Core
Flat side up for instability. Hold rim at shoulder width, walk legs out to press up position, bend arms to 90°. 6-10 reps.
6. Side Plank

8. Knee Tuck Sit Ups

Sit on dome, lean back with hands to sides. Extend legs, then tuck knees into chest with controlled movement. 10-15 reps.
9. Burpee with Shoulder Press

Hold dome in front, bend legs placing dome down. Spring legs to press-up position, rebound back, stand and press dome overhead. 15-20 reps.
10. Bridge with Single Leg Raise

Lay on back, feet on dome front edge. Push feet down, raise hips, extend one leg up. Roll down vertebrae slowly. 10-15 reps each leg.

Kneeling with forearms on dome. Extend one leg back, then other leg. Keep flat back and straight legs. Hold until form breaks. 20-60 sec.

£4.95* for small "spare parts" orders.

Delivery Times
Parcel deliveries will be between 3 – 5 working days days.

2 man delivery and pallet orders is up to 10 days, you will be contacted directly by the carrier to organised a day.
