Properly adjusting your seat height is essential for an effective and comfortable workout.
- Locate the adjustment knob on the seat post
- Loosen the knob by turning counterclockwise
- Adjust the seat height to your preferred position (68-88cm from floor)
- Tighten the knob securely by turning clockwise
- Ensure the seat is stable before beginning your workout
Handlebar Adjustment
Adjusting the handlebar angle helps you find the most comfortable riding position.
- Locate the T knob on the handlebar stem
- Loosen the T knob by turning counterclockwise

£4.95* for small "spare parts" orders.

Delivery Times
Parcel deliveries will be between 3 – 5 working days days.

2 man delivery and pallet orders is up to 10 days, you will be contacted directly by the carrier to organised a day.
