Superb Quality Exercise Bike at a Great Value Price.

I bought this bike a week ago on the basis of a Which review of the York Active 110 which is no longer available. Delighted with the HSB3, in fact I recommended it to Which this morning. Easy assembly in approx 45 minutes, great quality and really stable. Adjustable resistance control of the 6kg flywheel operates perfectly and is quiet. Heart pulse sensor works seamlessly, and speed plus time and distance on LED monitor. Everything is easily adjustable, my wife and I can change useage in a couple of minutes after adjusting the saddle height. Impressive build quality and easily moveable if required on transport wheels. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and fantastic value.

Great service, good solid bike

Really good service from York over the phone and delivery eff and consistent good aftercare when I had a couple of questions. Really appreciated that. The bike is very good, was easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. It's not top of the range but then the price reflects that, it works well. There is not much range between freewheeling and hard slog, is it is only a quarter turn from one too the other and I do feel the urge to oil it already to make sure it is working smoothly. I looked at others elsewhere at both ends of the spectrum and I am happy that this is a good solid proper spin bike (i.e. you can stand up and pedal etc.) at a very good price. I'm a happy customer

Seat Adjustment

Finding your perfect seat position is essential for comfort and optimal performance.

  1. Locate the adjustment knob on the seat post
  2. Loosen the knob by turning counterclockwise
  3. Adjust the seat height to your preferred position (81.5-93cm from floor)
  4. For horizontal adjustment, loosen the appropriate knob
  5. Slide the seat forward or backward to adjust the reach (85-90cm from handlebars)
  6. Tighten all knobs securely before beginning your workout

Handlebar Adjustment

Properly positioned handlebars reduce strain and improve your riding experience.

  1. Locate the adjustment knob on the handlebar stem
  2. Loosen the knob by turning counterclockwise
  3. Adjust the handlebar height to your preferred position (85-98cm from floor)
  4. Ensure the handlebars are aligned with the frame
