Seat Adjustment
Finding your perfect seat position is essential for comfort and optimal performance.
- Locate the adjustment knob on the seat post
- Loosen the knob by turning counterclockwise
- Adjust the seat height to your preferred position (81.5-93cm from floor)
- For horizontal adjustment, loosen the appropriate knob
- Slide the seat forward or backward to adjust the reach (85-90cm from handlebars)
- Tighten all knobs securely before beginning your workout
Handlebar Adjustment
Properly positioned handlebars reduce strain and improve your riding experience.
- Locate the adjustment knob on the handlebar stem
- Loosen the knob by turning counterclockwise
- Adjust the handlebar height to your preferred position (85-98cm from floor)
- Ensure the handlebars are aligned with the frame
- Tighten the knob securely by turning clockwise
- Check that the pulse sensors are easily accessible when gripping the handlebars
For optimal positioning, your knee should have a slight bend (about 25-30 degrees) at the bottom of the pedal stroke.

£4.95* for small "spare parts" orders.

Delivery Times
Parcel deliveries will be between 3 – 5 working days days.

2 man delivery and pallet orders is up to 10 days, you will be contacted directly by the carrier to organised a day.
As deliveries are carried out by third parties York Barbell will not be held liable for any deliveries that fall outside this timescale.
