The York Fitness Preacher Curl Attachment fits both the 530 and 540 benches expanding their workout versatility.
Removing the leg curl cap, the preacher curl attachment easily fits on top. The large padded preacher curl pad is a step up from most home gym options.
The attachment allows for bicep curl exercises using barbells or dumbbells without the need of buying a separate machine.
The large pad makes it possible to perform barbell curls as both arms can be supported comfortably.

Great set of dumbells, easy to load weights, comfortable to use and great value
Pretty much as you'd expect. It's a shame the spinlocks are now plastic but its a small compromise to keep the costs down.
