Strong and sturdy with a height adjustable front seat for leg exercises,as well as a good sized rack with removable weights pins for a varietyof exercises.

Under £30 for a quality 20kg dumbbell set complete with fitted storage box is excellent value for money. The steel bar and locks are chrome plated, with rubbers stops to hold them in place. There's a nice selection of weights, giving you a good range of adjustments. Highly recommended.
