Having been a long time customer of York Fitness and have purchased many products in the last 30 years or so once again I am amazed at how great this product is, not only is it strong and study, it's easy to store away to which you just lift up the item lay it on it's back, having used the product 3 times in the last week I'm happy to say I am hooked as I just focus on my rowing while concentrating on my breathing and before I know it my 30 minutes is up, and what greats about rowing is it's a great Cardio workout but without the high impact on your knees and joints which I used to get early on when running, it's also very quiet so this will be great if I decide to do a 5am workout session, overall A++
